It is primarily used to hold up gauze or other surgical materials.
They are also used to hold surgical instruments and other items in place during the procedure. The jaws feature a pair of inwardly-curved jaws to hold drapes and their underlying skin with ease. The instrument is available in two patterns, including regular and tube holder profiles. The sharp-pointed tips promote enhanced gripping.
