Care Instruments offer Backhaus Towel Clamp featuring overall length of 9 cm – 3 1/2″, 11.5 cm – 4 1/2″, 13 cm – 5″ and 16 cm – 6 1/4″ with 1 x 1 Prongs working ends used to hold a towel or laparotomy sponges during a surgical procedure. It is primarily used to hold up gauze or other surgical materials.
They are also used to hold surgical instruments and other items in place during the procedure. The jaws feature a pair of inwardly-curved jaws to hold drapes and their underlying skin with ease. The instrument is available in two patterns, including regular and tube holder profiles. The sharp-pointed tips promote enhanced gripping.
