Handling time
All the orders received by Care Instruments are processed and shipped within 2 working days of cleared payment.
Preorders
If the items you are ordering are out of stock you can preorder it directly from our web store or place an order via email (visit contact us page for contact details). Preorders go through the expedite production process but the lead time varies from 1 to 4 week after cleared payments depending on the type of product.
Delivery Method
We use USPS for all the orders shipped out from our warehouse in the United States. For the shipments that are sent directly from our international warehouse, we usually use DHL express or postal service depending on the customer demand and service they would like to avail.
