Care Instruments offer Graefe Fixation Forceps featuring an overall length of 11 cm – 4 1/4” having Spring handle with Serrated Jaws. It is primarily used in ophthalmic surgery, which involves the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of conditions affecting the eyes and their associated structures.
They are also used in other medical procedures that require the immobilization of small tissues or organs speciality in plastic surgery. These Grasping Forceps features a pair of inwardly curved tips with inner serrations that ensure exceptional fixation. In addition, the tips have toothed edges to minimize local damage.
Moreover, the Graefe Fixation Forceps feature a spring handle for manually controlling the clamping pressure. Also, the handle has outer ridges that minimize the risk of slippage. We offer two different patterns, with and without a ratchet system, to suit all applications.
