Heymann Septum Forceps
Care Instruments offer Heymann Septum Forceps featuring an overall length of 18 cm – 7″ having Ring handle with Cup Shaped Jaws working end profile. It is primarily primarily used to straighten a deviated nasal septum
They can also be used in various surgical procedures such as nasal septoplasty, rhinoplasty, and sinus surgery.
Surgeons place the blades on the sides of the septum to make it straight. We made cup-like jaws with grooves in order to make delicate grips on soft nasal tissues. In addition, the outer surfaces of the jaws are blunt to prevent damage to surrounding structures. The jaws have straight necks so you can see them easily in small spaces.
