Samii Tumor Grasping Forceps
Care Instruments offer Samii Tumor Grasping Forceps featuring an overall length of 24 cm – 9 1/2” having Spring handle with Bayonet Shaped working end profile. It is primarily used in neurosurgery to securely grasp and manipulate tumor tissue during resection or excision.
They are also used in other surgical procedures specially in Neurosurgery / Spine where delicate tissue manipulation is required, such as in otolaryngology or head and neck surgery.
The instrument includes flat circular tips which help to improve grip on soft tissues. Bayonet shaped jaws allow comfortable access to tissues. The angle gives the surgeon a better means of grasping the bulky tissue. The narrow profile of the tip also adds to the precision of the instrument. It is also available in right and left variants for different surgical needs.
