Weil-Blakesley Nasal Forceps
Care Instruments offer Weil-Blakesley Nasal Forceps featuring an overall length of 12 cm – 4 3/4″ having a Ring handle with Fenestrated Jaws working end profile. It is primarily used in nasal surgeries to grasp and remove tissue, foreign objects, or polyps from the nasal cavity.
They are also used to hold and stabilize nasal packing during surgery. They are helpful in positioning the packing and ensuring it stays in place to promote proper healing.
The oval jaws feature fenestration in order to remove soft tissues or bones in narrow sinuses. In addition, the outer surfaces of the jaws are blunt to reduce damage to surrounding structures. The jaws are available with either straight or curved necks so you can see them easily in small spaces.
