Yasargil Tumor Grasping Forceps
Care Instruments offer Yasargil Tumor Grasping Forceps featuring an overall length of 22 cm – 8 3/4” having Spring handle with Bayonet Shaped working end profile. It is primarily used in neurosurgery to manipulate and remove brain and spinal cord tumors.
They are used for other surgical procedures specially in Neurosurgery / Spine that require precision manipulation of soft tissue, such as plastic and reconstructive surgeries.
The instrument includes circular tips for secure grip on tissues. The tips come in smooth and serrated variants according to the needs of the surgeon. The narrow profile of the tip also adds to the precision of the instrument. In addition, the operating forceps include special holes in the handles which act as depressions for the hands for optimum control of the instrument.
